How does placing an online embroidery order work?
When placing an embroidery order online you are limited to our "basic" font options (located on the monograms page). Once you place your order we will send you a form to fill out how you would like the embroidery to look
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Any item that is custom embroidered is final sale. Otherwise if it still has the tag on we will exchange or return your items!
When will I get my order?
Order timing depends on if you're getting your item embroidered or not! If you're not getting embroidery your order should be ready within 2 hours (for local pickup), or our next business day.
If you are getting your item(s) embroidered please expect at least a week turnaround from when you place your order. Once your embroidery order has been placed we will reach out with font and color options, as well as when you can expect your order to be ready for pickup!
If you are having your items shipped they will be shipped same day or next business day if not getting embroidery. If you are getting embroidery please expect a one week turnaround before your items will be shipped.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
All embroidery is done in our brick and mortor store!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
