Ruffle Bow Cotton Beanie Hat

Thick cotton/spandex fabric blend is soft, stretchy, and warm.  The fabric is smooth on the outside and has a soft nap on the inside for ultimate comfort.

The vintage ruffle edge beanie style has two large stacked bows sewn to the front of the hat.
